available only through Savills Croatia. We negotiate the
initial selling price on your behalf ensuring that you
are getting maximum value for your money. The seller's
price is transparent with no mark ups.

UK and Irish offices will gladly share their
expert knowledge on pricing expectations, regional and
area advice, trends, mortgages, taxation consideration
or indeed anything you need to know. Just ask.
• Thereafter, should
you choose to proceed to the next step, we will create
a specific portfolio of properties which match
your requirements for you to consider
• We are happy to
arrange your travel and accommodation, local
car hire etc or offer impartial advice on the best way
to get to Croatia and where to stay.
• We are available
to meet you either upon arrival at the airport or at
the hotel, whichever suits to advise you on
where to go and what to see during your time in Croatia
as well as discuss your itinerary of property viewing.
• At your convenience
we will arrange transportation accompanied
by one of our English- speaking property agents to view
the selected properties.
• Upon finding your
dream home in Croatia, under advice from you, our
team will negotiate a final price with the seller.
From there we will act as your agent through to completion
(see Buying Guide – The Steps Involved) including
setting up a bank account etc.
